Nervous System Reset & Organ-Focused Biofield Tuning with Donna Woodstock from The Resonance Hub
Chronic stress, overwhelm and emotional strain can leave us feeling depleted, unsettled or unable to fully relax. This focused Biofield Tuning session offers an opportunity to slow down, settle and support a greater sense of balance and regulation.
Using tuning forks and Biofield Tuning techniques, Donna works with areas associated with the nervous system while incorporating organ-focused tuning where appropriate. The session may also explore patterns associated with earlier life experiences, stress responses and emotional overwhelm that arise during the tuning process. Clients will also benefit from the added comfort and healing of an Amethyst Infrared Biomat during their session.
Rather than focusing on one symptom or area in isolation, the session takes a whole-body approach, supporting relaxation, balance and a greater sense of ease.
This session may support:
- Deep relaxation and nervous system regulation
- Recovery from periods of stress and overwhelm
- A greater sense of calm, grounding and emotional balance
- Awareness of patterns associated with stress and emotional strain
- A more settled and balanced sense of wellbeing

This interactive workshop is designed to assist New and Existing practitioners in establishing a clear business plan and vision for their healing-based business
Whether you are integrating new services into an existing business, starting a side-hustle, making the leap into a full-time venture or simply seeking some business savvy this workshop may be for you. It combines topics related to Business Operations and Spiritual Development (the twist!) all with the intention of ensuring each practitioner is energetically and physically aligned with their business path forward.
We include a multitude of topics: Business Operations, Spiritual Development, Individual Microcurrent Meridian Balancing, Energetic Alignment Messages, Intuitive Journey Crystal with Guided Meditation, PLUS 2x One-on-One consultations with Mel post workshop.
